Patti Labelle (Not dead)

October 27, 2008

Ok. If you’ve been reading for a while you know that every single time a celebrity of a certain age starts trending I assume the worst. I’m afraid that I’m not the only one who thinks this way.

So.

New rule. Any time this sort of trend happens, I will append the persons name with (Not Dead) or (Rest in Peace) as the case may be.

She sang the National Anthem at the World Series game tonight.

Beautiful. Nice call with the (I’m not dead yet!) vs. (croaked). How about (pining for the fjords) vs. (is no more). ;)
